MuxLab Previews New Multimedia 16×16 Matrix Switch at ISE 2013

INTEGRATED SYSTEMS EUROPE 2013, AMSTERDAM — MuxLab Inc. is showing a live demo preview of their new and soon to be released 16×16 Matrix Switch at the ISE 2013 show in Amsterdam. The demonstration can be seen at Booth # P-122 where visitors can play with the unit and provide their feedback to the MuxLab team.

The Matrix Switch system is a modular AV switching platform that converts and switches a wide range of digital and analog AV inputs to HDMI via HDBaseT over Cat5e/6 cable or fiber. The switch features an 8-slot chassis that allows up to four 4-port input modules to be switched to up to four 4-port output modules, for a maximum switching capacity of 16×16.

“The Matrix Switch is managed via front panel controls or via web server interface” said Marc Bohbot, MuxLab’s Director of R&D. “Our main focus was ease of use for the Matrix. We have spent a substantial amount of time working to make this user friendly and easy for anyone to control.”

The Matrix supports up to four 4 input modules (HDMI, HD-SDI, DVI, and VGA) and up to 4 output modules (HDMI, HDBaseT, and fiber). The set up at ISE demonstrates the ability to switch between various inputs and displays.
