LongReach CCTV IP PoE Extender Kit, 1KM completes family of IP Over Coax Extenders

IFSEC, JUNE 17-19, 2014, LONDON — With the upcoming launch of the LongReach CCTV IP PoE Extender Kit, 1KM MuxLab Inc. offers a complete IP over Coax structured cabling solution to its global customers.

The new extender joins the LongReach CCTV IP PoE Extender Kit and LongReach CCTV IP PoE Extender Kit, 30W which are all designed to fit in MuxLab’s Rackmount Transceiver Chassis family of products. The extenders allow CCTV PoE IP cameras to be connected at varying distances via a single 75-ohm coax cable thereby facilitating the migration to IP CCTV.

The Rackmount Transceiver Chassis comes in both 3 and 16 slot formations. The Rackmount Powered IP Transceiver Chassis is a 16 slot chassis capable of supplying POE power to all receivers. Designed for larger commercial and residential applications, the Rackmount allows 16 MuxLab transceivers to be mounted in a 3U 19 relay rack for custom audio-video applications.
