Crestron’s Multi-Room AV Control Software Now Able to Manage MuxLab AV over IP Systems with Newly Released Driver

MuxLab adds driver to already long list of partners that can control its AV over IP line.

March 2017, Montreal – The Crestron audio video control software can now be used by its customers to manage and control MuxLab AV over IP systems for home or commercial applications. The free Crestron driver is available to customers on the MuxLab website and works with MuxLab models 500752, 500753, 500754, 500755, 500756, 500757, 500758, 500759 and 500480.

The MuxLab AV over IP line, known for quality and reliability, supports virtual architectures such as matrix switches, splitters, switchers, converters, and video walls. MuxLab supports a wide range of signals over IP including HDMI (4K30, 4K60), 4K video wall, 3G-SDI, KVM HDMI, KVM DVI, digital audio, RS232, IR, and more. The AV over IP product line offers compression rates and features such as H.264/265, 4K/60 uncompressed extension, and M-JPEG amongst many others.

With the use of its Pro Digital Network Controller (500811) MuxLab offers seamless management of its system along with the option to manage via 3rd party drivers, like the new Crestron driver.
